City of Margaret Trunk or Treat Event
Dear Vendor,
You are invited to participate in the Trunk or Treat event hosted by the City of Margaret.
Date: Sunday, October 27, 2024
Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: 145 Jeffrey Wilson Drive, Margaret (parking area near Margaret Pharmacy)
Fee: Free
Space Size: Outdoor ONLY- limited to one 12 x 12 space. No Electricity Will Be Provided
Check in Time: 1:30 p.m.
Vendors Guidelines:
When arriving, park your vehicle in the designated area. Vendors must stay for the duration of the event and cannot break down before 5:00PM.
- Vendors are responsible for their own display, set up and removal. The City of Margaret will NOT provide booths, tents, tables, chairs or electrical hooks.
- Vendors must be opened and staffed during all scheduled event hours
No alcoholic beverages, drugs, guns, knives or any suggestive or vulgar language (printed or spoken) will be allowed. - All vendors will be required to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement. The City of Margaret will not be liable for any damage, theft or weather conditions.
- The Trunk or Treat event will not be used as a platform for special interest groups, political statements or political parties.
- Vendors’ 12×12 space must be appropriate for a family audience.
- Vendors should follow COVID-19 guidelines set by the Alabama Department of Public Health for outdoor events/activities.
